The clothes are proportioned on evenly as they do not fit correctly and the return policy is extremely difficult it tells me to go to service@***.com and then it just sends you in circles will not order from this company ever again

I ordered 4 dresses, received 3, way too SMALL. Returned them at my expense. They are saying they have NOT received. I later received the 4th dress & returned it, without opening. Posted to my bank account on 4/22/2019, the amount of $91.71 for the dresses. That is a lot of money, for someone on a fixed income. I feel as though this is company of SCAM. Can you please help me? I will do all I can at this end. Thank you very much. Betty

yes im trying to return this horrible order of 4 dresses from cathybay,s company on 5/2019, cathybuy is another name they also fashionmia from hong kong china, I cannot get no answer back no phone no. that works sent me wrong dresses that would not fit, wrong dresses that I ordered not, took a month to get here, had to call over and over to get this order company told me the order no. was 218 190 **** 33, clothes look like a child could have made them poor quality all I want is to get this junky stuff back to this company and get my refund back to my card asap charged me 144.00 for a total that was told to me of 124.67 with shipping and handling free a bunch of liars my no. is 251 391 **** or 251 786 ****, 705 kasserine pass mobile, alabama, 36609 my address, email I used was Jellojac78@***.com please contact me Loretta jackson

The most horrible disputing experience of my life

Since 11/2018 I ordered 8 items and none of them fit. It took a month to recieve the items. I called the credit card company and complain (Best Buys by Citi Bank) and was told to keep the items that they would refund my money back. Long story short, I spent $204.00. The money was refunded but since they did not have the merchandise I was charged again. Finally I returned the items. Now after 40 emails with Cathbuy and Citibank, they refuse to refund my money. Although they keep telling me the money has been refunded plus they also have the items. I returned everything in its package. I have proof that they recieved the merchandise. Ups documents, countless emails, disputes over and over. Citibank has been very rude. So they have kept the $204.00 plus the merchandise. I can't believe they can get away with this. I've had anxiety attacks over this. Sad Shocked I never want to order out of the US. I've been paying the monthly minimum plus they are charging me interest charges. Can someone else help me with this type of experience. They should not be allowed to get away with this!

I ordered 8 items from this company sometime in early may. The package finally was received more than a month later and only 7 items were received. The quality was very poor and the sizes did not match the origional order. I returned the package on 17 june with a tracking #of 1ZXA393303****-0971. Cathy buy tells me they did not receive the package but I have since contacted my UPS shipper and am being told that the package was delivered and received by Luis at the los angeles address I was given for return shipment. Now the company says they cannot find my Payment Account. I paid by credit card with US Bank. I have tried many times to resolve this issue with NO results. Can anyone at your firm give me some help.

I ordered 5 dresses from this company. I was very disappointed in the sizes that were sent to me. i weigh 195 lbs. I ordered four 2x's and one 3x. None of these items fit. They were made for someone less than 100 lbs.

My order did arrive. I ordered 5 what looked lovely on the site. Only received 4 items one was worse then the other. Every item made like *** fit terrible. This company is a scam nothing you receive looks anything as it does on site. What a scam. How they remain in business amazes me. It's like they fool the public with great pictures. Then send garbage. They take advantage of hard working customers. This company should be shut down. Or not allowed to in plain English beat the customer. I will never deal with company. I have reported them to attorney general and better business and Google. I could care less if I receive my 5th item it's most likely *** also. They should be ashamed of themselves and should not be allowed to be in business. I'm a true believer of karma. Save your time and money do not deal with this bogus cathybuy

I wished I had seen these before I ordered anything I'm pretty sure after reading these reviews that I have been ripped off of about 250 00 dollars I'm going to file a dispute with my bank and get the charges reversed ive been getting therunaround for weeks on where is my clothing I now II have a good idea that I won't see anything and if I do I won't be satisfied

I ordered several dresses on 5/20/19 and they said it was shipped and that’s all that is written that it was shipped. Now in the description about deliveries it shipped in 7 to 12 business days and it is now 6/12/19 and I have not heard anything from them. I have tried to contact them, but every time you fill out the information and try to use the captcha code it says that the codes did not go through and I have tried it 20 or more times.
